About 21 years ago, Joe Viramontez, his wife, and their two kids ventured down to Cabo San Lucas for a family vacation.  Joe simply wanted to enjoy Mexico with his family.  The last thing that Joe wanted to do is to go "on a timeshare presentation."  But Joe and his wife did go on a presentation and it happened to be located at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort.  It was that chance "Timeshare presentation" that actually began a long and fulfilling relationship with the Cabo San Lucas area.  From 2004 to present day, Joe and his family have continued to invest and enjoy in the Cabo area.  NOW, Joe and Shelly are taking grandchildren down to this magical place.

Joe became such a fan of Cabo San Lucas that he set up a "Cabo Travel Business"  and began to send his friends and family to Cabo.  And before long, Joe was sending people from all over the US and Canada.
